CRASHES trying to open with system 5.1.1

Used to work fine and says it is compatible with system 4 and later.

NOT TRUE.

The screen comes up and then goes blank and back to desktop.

I deleted it, reinstalled it, powered off and back on --- still does not work.

USELESS!!!!
